WELCOME!

We are nomads FC AN FA CHARTER STANDARD FOOTBALL CLUB, based in edenbridge, kent. playing in leagues ranging from kent county to redhill and district divisions, we have three MENS teams AND ONE WOMENS TEAM of talented and dedicated players.

Nomads FC was formed in 1961 and was the brain child of Mr A G "Harry" Harris. The club was formed to provide a social side for families as well as football. The club soon became well known for its busy programme, big annual dinner dance and overseas tours.

In its first season, Nomads won Div 4 of the Tonbridge league and continued to flourish. A junior section was formed after some of the players retired and was extremely successful, several players moving on to higher grades of football.

We have been settled at Mowshurst for over 28 years and have facilities to be proud of. The club has made big strides forward in the last 12 months. We are proud to announce Nomads FC are now  FA chartered standard  and we are looking to build on this going into the future and have more projects on the horizon.

We promote a friendly atmosphere and  welcome any new faces on or off the field, so don't hesitate to get in touch.

SEPTEMBER

FIRST TEAM - tONY WICKHAM - 5 APPS - 5GOALS

reserve team - nicky foad - 4 apps - 2 goals - 2 assists

A TEAM - LEE CLARK - 4 APPS - 3 GOALS

Saturday the 15th was a strange one not one home fixture scheduled but all 3 teams playing. Our senior XI was away to Welling Park the boys bounced back from last weeks defeat in style, with the help of a Stephen Smith hat trick they thrashed the home team 3-6. Our reserves come away with a 1-0 loss to RH Athletic Reserves. The boys have lost there last 3 but have been very unfortunate not to have gained any points from those fixtures. The A team were playing AFC Horley reserves another tough fixture the home side edged it 2-1. Plenty of positives to take from the weekend and the progression is steady indeed, roll on next sat.
